Returns and Refunds

We want every purchase to leave you completely satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with the ordered product, you have the option to return it under the following conditions.

Return deadline:
You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase and return the product.

Conditions for return:

• We can only accept products in original, undamaged, unused condition.

• The product packaging should preferably be original or carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping.

• The cost of return is borne by the customer.

Please include your order number in the email and briefly state the reason for the return.

Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund you by bank transfer or store credit (a balance that can be used for purchases), no later than 14 days.

The customer can choose the refund method when notifying the return.
